The sad part of all of this Is the realtors or brokers dont even seem to give a dam or care.
Oh well, just another thing we have to pay for write the check and move on.
They have all signed their death certificates.This business will be in the toilet within 5 to 10 years or less.
And it’s like a toilet, hold the handle down slightly release water into the bowl. And when it just gets to be too much, the toilet flushes without notice. Exactly what our associations are doing to us without notice.
And like a toilet, once it’s flushed, it’s gone.
Once the commission’s structure changes to buyers, paying their own agents, most will not be able to handle it.
They will not be able to negotiate their commissions. Many will leave the business, leaving the rest to hold the bag on all the expenses.
So listen carefully as the toilet bowel slowly fills to that ultimate flush. You won’t even have time to say goodbye.

What bothers me the most is OUR Associations, brokers DONT care, losing all these members.Or how long we paid into them and supported THEM.
Just let us go with not even a good buy. Just look down on us.

Me too! The ORWP killed it for me. Force me to join— I get no benefits and was designed to only help pay the premiums for those who wanted a free ride.
